We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Process Engineering department and drive continuous improvement across production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the implementation of new projects (equipment, validations, process improvements);
- Production process optimization;
- Scrap reduction together with the team;
- Coordinates the activity of process engineers and ensures achievement of performance targets;
- Optimizes the allocation of production capacities and equipment;
- Prepares administrative documentation for subordinate employees;
- Manages investment budgets for the transfer and launch of new products/projects;
- Monitors the progress of departmental projects and reports status updates;
- Issues/updates procedures and work instructions for the processes under responsibility.
Candidate Profile:
- 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA;
- Experience in coordinating teams and managing complex technical projects;
- Technical university degree (mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, etc.);
- Leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills;
- Technical knowledge of industrial processes and equipment.
