Main responsabilities:
- Provide first and second level helpdesk support to users;
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
- Operation and maintenance of VMware infrastructure;
- IT support for process development and optimizations;
- Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems;
- Perform regular maintenance on software & associate ancillary equipment to maintain optimal efficiency;
Required skills and qualifications:
- English – Intermediate/Advanced;
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques;
- Experience in M365, Windows server, backup and log monitoring;
- Strong ticket management skills;
- Critical thinker, strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
