The ideal candidate will oversee the production area to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This includes monitoring daily production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedules, and coordinating a team of operators to meet performance targets
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the activities of the team in the assigned production area
- Monitors and ensures adherence to the production plan, quality standards, and deadlines
- Oversees compliance with safety regulations (SSM) and trains the team
- Manages daily production reports and incident logs
- Proposes and implements process improvements
- Collaborates with related departments: Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering
Qualifications:
- Technical university degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, TCM, or a similar field
- Experience in the automotive industry or metal processing is an advantag
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position within an industrial environment
- MS Office; ERP systems knowledge is a plus
- Technical drawing reading and tolerance interpretation
