Requirements:

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in planning, reporting, and analysis processes,
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Proficient in Ms Office programs, especially able to use advanced excel,
  • Having a customer-oriented working discipline, prone to teamwork,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
  • Able to adapt to dynamic working environments

Job Description:

  • Entering the order information from the sales unit into the system,
  • Creating loading instruction and coordinating the shipment with shipment department
  • Working in coordination with production planning and providing necessary information,
  • Ensuring the follow-up of the process by communicating with the sales unit and the customer,
  • Creating and analyzing data for forecasting studies,
  • Preparing central and regional reports on a monthly, weekly and annual basis,
  • Carrying out process improvement studies integrated into ERP system, that will contribute to the management of sales channels,
